The Financial Audit Committee shall meet quarterly to audit the SAAC accounts. The Province Keeper of Records and/or the Keeper of Exchequer will turn over to the Financial Audit Committee all financial records of the Chapter.

SAAC will play a vital role in addressing community needs, often relying on fundraising to support their missions and initiatives. Kappa League (IHQ Program)
Membership in the Kappa League Program means you are part of the team that manages, and administrates.
Kappa League Mentors are Brothers or other individuals that are willing to mentor Kappa Leaguers, Chaperon at events, or just show up to events and support. This group is does not have to be involved in the ADMIN like the Kappa League Committee

Property analysis is essential when preparing to sell the Kastle and ensure it’s listed at the right time and at the most competitive price. By evaluating market trends, neighborhood comparisons, and the home’s condition, and city expansion projections, we can make informed decisions that maximize profit and reduce time on the market. A thorough analysis helps identify the ideal selling window, allowing homeowners to take advantage of high demand and favorable economic conditions. Membership/MTA
The Membership Committee promotes, disseminates, and updates the SAAC membership on information concerning the Southwestern Province Life Membership Program and Grand Chapter Life Membership Programs. The committee will also oversee and run the Chapter Membership Training Academy
OT Advisor Team
The Property Management Committee shall meet with the SAAC Board of Directors at least quarterly to highlight capital improvements and to formulate a plan of action to keep real property in good condition while properly maintaining and accounting for SAAC property.
Public Relations
Public relations (PR) is vital for shaping and maintaining a positive image of SAAC. It helps build trust, manage reputation, and foster strong relationships with the public, media, and stakeholders. Through strategic communication, PR ensures that key messages are effectively shared, especially during times of crisis or change. A strong PR presence enhances credibility, supports brand awareness, and plays a crucial role in achieving long-term success and public support. Reclamation

The San Antonio (TX) Alumni Chapter will be 100 years old in six years. SAAC should establish a team to start conceptualizing the anniversary. SAAC Engagement Recruit team to include attorney, realtor, banker, etc.
SAAC Golf Krew
The SAAC Golf krew is a list of Nupes that play golf or want to learn to play golf. The goal is to increase followship opportunities, and be able to put a team together to support D9 or other community golf tournaments.
