Program Overview

The Achievement Academy is designed to enhance the social, professional, and leadership experiences of the collegiate members in the Fraternity. The vehicle by which this is to be accomplished is through the development of vibrant mentoring and coaching opportunities that empower and enhance their agency. Our central foci are to ensure retention and graduation of our members while fostering an understanding of the steps necessary that lead to advanced degree opportunities and successful transition toward their career paths. We have developed a cohort approach to assure members are matched with the mentoring experiences relevant to their goals.

The San Antonio Alumni Chapter is proud to include members who excel across every field of human endeavor. Our chapter brings together professionals with years—and in many cases decades—of experience spanning multiple industries and disciplines.

To fully leverage this collective expertise, we are launching the Achievement Academy at the local level. This initiative is designed to intentionally connect mentors and mentees within each of the eight Achievement Academy Cohorts, fostering professional growth, leadership development, and purposeful guidance within our chapter.

Becoming a Mentor

Members interested in serving as mentors are asked to:

Update your BIO with current information related to your professional field and experience
Select the Achievement Academy Cohort in which you would like to serve
Add yourself as a member of that Cohort

Your experience and insight can make a lasting impact by helping shape the next generation of leaders.

Becoming a Mentee

Members seeking mentorship should:

Update your BIO with information related to your professional goals and field of interest
Select the Achievement Academy Cohort you wish to join
Add yourself as a member of that Cohort
